Decent products, small issues
I picked up the Thai Green Curry Paste and some Crispy Garlic in Oil. The curry paste was quite good, made a tasty meal, though I found it a little milder than I typically prefer. The crispy garlic added a nice crunch. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was fine, but I've had faster. The packaging was okay, but one of the jars had a slightly loose lid, though nothing leaked. Overall, a positive experience, but there's a little room for improvement on the spice level description and delivery speed.

Oh my goodness, Blue Elephant has done it again! I bought the Thai Red Curry Paste and some Sweet Chili Sauce, and they are both absolutely divine! The paste has such a depth of flavor, it makes my homemade curries taste exactly like they do in Thailand. And that sweet chili sauce? Perfect with everything! I can't get enough of their products. My kitchen smells amazing thanks to them. I will definitely be shopping here again, probably for the Tom Yum Soup Paste next. You have to try these!
